The concept is that any energy blockage causes us to experience pain, discomfort or negative emotions. Acupressure and acupuncture have worked with this theory for many years. EFT was designed to achieve positive results without any invasive procedures or side effects – and is easy enough to learn and continue to use at home, in the car, at work or at play. This empowers the individual to help themselves rather than relying on others to do so.
EFT provides you with the opportunity to express your fears and worries safely and in such a manner that the ‘sting’ and negative emotions attached to the issue can seem to melt away!
Mel can teach you this technique and coach you through becoming comfortable using it either in person or during an initial telephone consultation. Follow-up consultations may be necessary as deeper emotions and underlying issues emerge. Usually several issues will be present and these underlying issues contribute to the surface problem.
